I have been a foodie adventurer for most of my life, having grown up in the kitchen of my Italian Grandad, cooking alongside this amazing man it didn't take long to realise where i was heading.
A while later i took to travelling and discovered many magical secret hideaway foodie treasures. Mainly local folk cooking unpretentious, nourishing grub, which, for me is the essence of soul food, cooked from the heart and with love.
I now share my love of food and hold an occasional pop up, where i create a menu for each event based on the time of year and what i can forage and get my hands on locally.
I am also a food and lifestyle stylist and photographer, and work on many different projects.

A Brief History
Mad March Hare is a dining experience with a difference, popping up in the most unusual places and spaces where you will dine on a feast of rustic, nourishing food focusing on the absolute best available at the time, we will also surprise and delight the creative you by adding special touches throughout the evening. Each event that we organise is totally unique, and therefore you never know what to expect!
We are currently popping up at Steampunk Warehouse in North Berwick just outside Edinburgh every last Saturday of the month , showcasing unusual cuts of beef from the renowned Gosford Bothy, BBQ’d Argentinian style. We are also currently popping up @ Smeaton Tea Rooms & Tyninghame Hall, and for the whole of August at The Pavillion at the tennis courts in North Berwick.
